Good Start to lucky 13’
2013 has been a pretty lucky year for Signature Painting & Construction, Inc so far. We have signed a few big contracts as well as had the honor of adding some amazing people to our Signature family. We are proud to announce Mike, Brian, and Christina to our team. Here are some facts about our new members!
Mike Witter graduated from UC Davis in 2009 with an Economics degree. Brian Mitchell (President) met in 2005 when they both worked at College Works Painting Co. for a few years. Years later Mike and Brian reconnected and Brian took him on the Territory Account Manager. He takes care of all of the management meetings in his territory as well as heads out of the office to meet with clients and quote estimates on projects. At the young age of 26, Mike is the youngest on the team, but don’t take his young age as a newbie to this industry. Mike specializes in both flooring and painting, as well a general contracting. Not only does Mike take his work seriously, he is a total family man. When it comes to his 6 month old daughter, he is super dad!
Christina Anderson has been in the construction industry for over 20 years with two largest Bay Area construction firms. From 2001-2004 where she helped grow one company’s sales from 9 million dollars to whopping 17 million dollars! Christina administered daily changes to construction schedules while communicating with field superintendents and trade contractors. Researched and resolved problems with contractors, sales team, design centers, so that clients would stay on schedule. She has an outgoing personality, excellent organizational skills and experience in operational coordination which makes her very easy to work with. All of her current and past clients had nothing but good things to say about Christina, and that is one of the many reasons we had to have her on our team!
Brian Dutra has been a sales professional specializing in business to business sales for about 11 years. He started out in the finance industry with a focus on real estate and after 6 years decided to change his direction and geared his qualifications towards the construction industry. Dutra’s family had established themselves in the Bay Area in the construction trades so he has always had a genuine interest and natural connection to construction and wanted to carry on that tradition. His sales background tied with his finance acumen meant for a great transition into the construction estimating arena. For the last 4 years he has worked with property managers for a local companies where he contracted maintenance and rebuilt community perimeters. In that time he received a general contractor’s license and continued to educate and establish himself in the field. “I’m happy to be with Signature to further my knowledge and experiences in this great industry. I’ve built amazing relationships in the last 4 years that I hope to continue for many years to come. I look forward to the years ahead and am excited to work with such great and motivated people”, says Brian.
We are very pleased to keep building such a great team. “Small business owners know how hard it is to establish a great team, and we are very lucky have them on board”,says Brian Mitchell, president of Signature Painting & Construction, Inc.
